eFlexes have a new part time position for an Accounts Administrator with a Shannon based firm.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator seeking a flexible, hybrid position.
Working a minimum of 2.5 days per week, and up to five days if the candidate is interested in undertaking some marketing duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Payroll preparation
- Preparing year end accounts for Accountant
- Dealing with incoming payments
- Invoice Reconciliation
- Updating details on system
- Ordering Office Stationery
- Other duties as required
Candidates should have:
- Experience in an Accounts Assistant position
- Proactive, self-starter who can work on their own initiative
- Experience with Payroll and preparing year end accounts information
- Accounts Receivable experience is desirable
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
