Responsibilities will include:

Managing the Creditors Ledger

Posting Invoices
-
Reconciling Invoices
-
Ensuring all Payments are completed
-
Handling all relevant enquires
-
Credit Control
-
Other duties pertaining to Accounts as required
Skills & Experience required:
-
Must be familiar with all aspects in relation to Creditor Ledgers, Sales Ledgers and Cash Books

Have a high level of Computer literacy in MS Excel; Word
-
Experience in Sage Accounting would be an advantage
-
A confident and assured telephone manner

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills

This is an Office Based, full time position.
