    Accounts Assistant - CLARE

    Are you a skilled Accounts Assistant seeking a new challenge? Look no further! We're hiring for a permanent position with a Shannon based company.

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts professional to build a career within the Aviation sector.

     
    Responsibilities will include:
    • Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice issuance and resolution of queries.
    • Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
    • Prepare and distribute monthly statements for customers and suppliers.
    • Support cash flow management through weekly reporting and bimonthly payment process administration.
    • Assist in month-end activities and maintain up-to-date records of bank transactions.
    • Provide administrative support, including maintaining customer databases, creating office templates, and acting as the company's GDPR officer.
     
    Candidate Requirements:
    • 2+ years previous bookkeeping/accounts experience 
    • IATI qualified desirable
    • IT proficient with excellent Microsoft Office skills, and experience with Sage Accounts Package desirable
    • Ability to prioritise and multitask
    • Strong organisational & time management skills
    • Fluent English, both written and verbal
