Eflexes is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant on behalf of a long-established and reputable client based in Shannon.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional or a motivated individual looking to return to the workforce in a flexible, part-time capacity. The role is offered on a permanent basis, with a working schedule of three days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities

Debtor and creditor reconciliation
-
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations

Preparation of the management accounts
-
Analysis, reconciliation, and posting of credit card payments and other charges

Preparation of VAT and RTD returns
-
Assist with both internal and external audit queries

Prepare and present reports to the Finance Manager as required

Other accounts administration duties as they arise

The role is offered on an on-site basis
Qualifications / Technical Knowledge / IT Skills

Previous accounts experience is essential

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential

A reliable, professional, and highly motivated individual

Strong numerical and analytical ability

Strong attention to detail and quality orientation

Ability to organise own work to meet deadlines

Experience with different accountancy software packages is highly desirable but not essential (e.g., Sage, Collsoft)
