Due to continued growth, our client in the IT Services industry is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team based in Shannon. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and gain invaluable administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
- Office administration activities such as sending emails, organising meetings, scheduling & sending reminders
- Preparing reports and communications
- Working closely with internal departments to resolve client concerns
- Coordinating facilities services, such as supplies, lunches and seasonal activities
- Managing appointments and using effective time-management skills to prioritise sensitive matters
- Coordinating travel arrangements for members of staff, including travel within the EU and from the US to Ireland
- Attending meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
