Our client, a leader in the medical devices industry, and undergoing rapid growth and are currently seeking a Line Leader for their operations based in Shannon.

Responsibilities:
- Providing cover for the Production Team Leader when required
- Support efficient and effective introduction of new processes into production.
- Ensure all team members are adhering to safety guidelines and procedure and drive a culture of safety first.
- Attending QRQC and PIT1 meetings reporting on KPI’s
- Coaching team members to improve compliance
- Complete documentation accurately and maintaining compliance with GMP & GDP standards.
- Determining OEE losses and escalating where required to engineering staff to minimise downtime.
- Plan production processes at daily meeting and lead team to meet daily targets
- Weekly planning of overtime to achieve targets
- Contribute improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Report attendance and timekeeping for shift.
Experience required:
- Level 6 or 7 qualification in a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a production environment
- Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus
- Ability to interpret production drawings, work orders, and related specifications.
- Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Knowledge of GMP and GDP standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
