Due to ongoing expansion, our client in Co. Clare is looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator for Trumpf punch press and laser cutting equipment to join our manufacturing team. This role is permanent and full-time. The successful candidate will work closely with our production manager to ensure adherence to our overall production schedule.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working as a CNC setter/operator using Trumpf punch press and laser cutting machinery.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the production manager to ensure sheet metal machines are set up for various operators according to the production schedule.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings, and check first-off parts, etc.
- Managing resources to ensure customer requirements are met with regards to quality and job completion dates.
- Ensuring continued adherence to ISO & EN1090 factory production control systems.
