Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, promoting a positive work environment.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.

- Manage escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Person Specification & Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer service role.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
