Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis across the organisation. You will work closely with finance and operational teams to provide meaningful insights that support business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyse financial performance and investigate variances
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis
- Develop financial models and provide business insights to senior management
- Partner with finance and operational teams to support strategic decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and revenue growth
- Support month-end activities and wider finance operations when required
- Help improve financial systems, reporting accuracy, and internal processes
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is advantageous
