Due to continued business growth, we are currently recruiting for an exciting new role of Global Sales Support Representative with one of our Clare based multinational clients. As a Global Sales Support Representative, you will become part of a global team and have the opportunity to collaborate with teams, including Sales, Operations / Planning, Logistics, Quality, Legal, Finance and many Product Business Units.
Key job responsibilities/duties include:
This position is very detail oriented, requiring strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems used to support our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Managing Supply (Orders, Delivery, Returns)
- Navigating Customer Specific Requirements
- Miscellaneous Client and Corporate requests
Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Marketing field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years direct customer service experience specialising in providing support and service to clients in the areas of supply chain management.
Competencies
- Resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in a second language is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organization skills with an effective time engagement.
- Data analysis skills using a variety of software tools.
- Good Team player and must be result oriented.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of BaaN, Model N, or other ERP and Pricing systems
