About the Role
Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their growing team in Limerick. This role involves operating machinery, processing materials, and ensuring high-quality production standards across a variety of manufacturing operations (Mixing, Coating, Slitting and Warehouse).
You will play a key part in producing a wide range of products, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards, while maintaining accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, set up, and process machinery in line with internal and ISO quality standards.

Inspect materials, carry out quality checks, and ensure accurate documentation of all processes.

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Perform visual inspections and ensure correct use of materials and tools.

Accurately complete production data entry and inventory adjustments.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

Support team objectives and company policies.
What We’re Looking For

Leaving Certificate (Level 5) or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.

Ability to operate machinery and handle materials safely.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout an 8-hour shift.

Comfortable working around machinery, noise, dust, and varying conditions.

Team player with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Career Progression
This role offers a clear progression path with four levels of Manufacturing Associate:

Level I – Training period under supervision (probationary).

Level II – Limited supervision, responsible for standard operations and process documentation.

Level III – Independent work, ability to raise quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement. (3–5 years’ experience required).

Level IV – Expert level, cross-trained, minimal supervision, leading on quality/process decisions. (5–10 years’ experience required).
