    Office Administrator - CORK

    eFlexes are currently looking for an Office Administrator for a Client based in Clonakilty, Co. Cork.
    The Office Administrator will join a friendly and supportive team, working in a busy, fast paced environment.

    Responsibilities will include:
    • Provide general administrative support as part of an Office team
    • Point of contact for customers, maintaining a professional and friendly approach
    • Respond to customer queries by email and phone, liaise with suppliers on behalf of the Company
    • Dealing with all aspects of customer accounts
    • Investigate and resolve customer queries
    • Monitor aged debt
    • Carry out ad-hoc duties
     
    Requirements:
    • Relevant experience in an Administrative/customer service role
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Attention to detail, with strong organisational skills
    • Must be Fluent in English
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
