    Office Administrator - LIMERICK

    Office Administrator

    eFlexes are currently looking for an Office Administrator for a client based near Grange in County Limerick.

    The Office Administrator will undertake a broad range of tasks and provide professional administrative support service to all our customers and colleagues.

    The Office Administrator will join a continually growing, leading facilities management company.

    *Please note that this role is entirely office based, but comes with a very competitive salary.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Reception duties
    • Handling incoming emails and forwarding on to relevant staff
    • Managing Company, Property and Fleet Vehicle insurances
    • Managing sub- contractor insurances
    • Filing purchase invoices through Sage Business Cloud

    Candidates should have:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook; Word; Excel
    • Experience using Sage Business Cloud would be an advantage
    • The ability to deliver a professional "Front of House" service
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
