Office Administrator
eFlexes are currently looking for an Office Administrator for a client based near Grange in County Limerick.
The Office Administrator will undertake a broad range of tasks and provide professional administrative support service to all our customers and colleagues.
The Office Administrator will join a continually growing, leading facilities management company.
*Please note that this role is entirely office based, but comes with a very competitive salary.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reception duties
- Handling incoming emails and forwarding on to relevant staff
- Managing Company, Property and Fleet Vehicle insurances
- Managing sub- contractor insurances
- Filing purchase invoices through Sage Business Cloud
Candidates should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook; Word; Excel
- Experience using Sage Business Cloud would be an advantage
- The ability to deliver a professional "Front of House" service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
