Eflexes is delighted to partner with a leading client based in Shannon to recruit for an Office Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent role offering an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments, including logistics, customer service, finance, and compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to logistics and freight forwarding teams (data entry, document handling, shipment tracking).

Maintain accurate records for shipments, invoices, and compliance documentation.

Liaise with customs, carriers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Assist in preparing quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.

Manage office supplies and ensure smooth operation of office equipment.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (logistics/freight forwarding experience is an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of customs documentation and freight terminology is a plus.
