Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator
Eflexes has a great opportunity for a Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator to join a small firm in Shannon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. Additionally, the Receptionist/Administrator will be required to cover for other staff members during their annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming reception telephone calls promptly.
- Welcoming all visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Providing administrative support to departments within the business as required.
- Inputting data into databases, maintaining accurate records, and managing digital and physical files.
- Handling internal and external queries to resolution efficiently on the phone and in person.
Skills & Specifications:
- Office Administration or related qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Reception/Administration experience.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and discreet.
