Production Operators – Day Shift
Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension
Hours: 39 hours per week
Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting Production Operators for a leading multinational manufacturing company based in Ennis, Co. Clare.
These roles offer an initial 6-month contract, with excellent potential for extension and longer-term opportunities for candidates who demonstrate strong performance.
Shift Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
- Friday: 07:00 – 14:30
- Total: 39 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
- Assemble products using the appropriate tools and equipment.
- Carry out quality control (QC) checks throughout the production process.
- Identify, report and follow up on product defects.
- Perform final inspections and testing of finished products.
- Package and label products in line with company standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small components.
- Ability to carry out detailed inspections, including microscope work, with training provided where required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify quality or process issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be authorised to work in the EU.
