Receptionist
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This exciting role combines traditional front-desk responsibilities with the chance to assist their accounts team, providing a varied and rewarding experience. For the right candidate, there is a strong potential to transition into a long-term Accounts Assistant position upon completion of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
• Manage the switchboard and handle incoming calls and emails efficiently.
• Oversee meeting room bookings and general office supplies.
• Ensure the reception area is presentable and organized at all times.
Accounts Support
• Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Support accounts reconciliation and data entry tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders regarding account queries.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or accounts role is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
