eFlexes is currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of a well-established client based in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is a 9-month contract position.
Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Answering phone calls, screening and forwarding them appropriately.

Managing and scheduling appointments.

Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
-
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Providing basic information to visitors about the organization and its services.

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Coordinating with other departments regarding visitor arrivals and meetings.

Ensuring that office supplies are stocked and ordering supplies as needed.
Essentials:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
-
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (often preferred but not always essential).
