As a Solar PV Installer, you will collaborate with a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Roof Assessment: Evaluate roof condition for solar panel installation, ensuring stability and suitability.
- Solar Panel Mounting: Install secure mounting systems and brackets on the roof.
- Panel Placement : Position solar panels correctly.
- Waterproofing and Sealing: Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing around mounting brackets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working at heights.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide necessary reports.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with team members for efficient installation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of Carpentry and/or Roofing experience will be an advantage to the ideal candidate.
- An ability to work with slates/tiles is essential. Must have the ability to lay out/ measure and follow procedure.
- Comfortable & agile working at height.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety guidelines.
- Must have a full clean Irish driver's licence.
- Safe pass, manual handling certs required.
- Work at height & MEWP training advantage to the ideal candidate.
- Willingness to travel to Job sites.
