    Tender Support Administrator - CLARE

    Our long established Shannon, Co. Clare based aviation client is now seeking a skilled and highly-motivated individual to join their team as a Tender Support Administrator.     In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of pricing strategies, product catalogues, and customer proposals—working closely with experienced commercial and technical teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in pricing, market analysis, and ERP systems within a supportive and collaborative environment.

    Job Functions & Responsibilities:

    Reporting:

    • Report on all activities to the Department Leader.

    Commercial and as a support function:

    • Calculation of the company’s product proposals in alignment with all involved stakeholders (internal & external).
    • Annual / Biannual update of commercial proposals for all customers. Ensuring that all proposals have a valid date.
    • Support rollout of customer contracts.
    • Maintain & Update Pricing in our ERP system.
    • Ensure the development and maintenance of the EPAR Catalogue for of the company’s products.
    • Continuously analyse the cost and market price development of repairs to individual engine parts and derive and implement measures in cooperation with Commercial Manager and the technical departments.
    • Develop measures to optimise internal calculation and offer processes and ensure their implementation.
    • Contributes to data input into business plans and establish pricing for NPI repairs to existing product portfolio based on market competitor analysis and profit evaluation.
    • Respond to RFQ’s as required.

    Person Specification

    • The candidate should essentially fulfil the following requirements:
    • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
    • 2 to 3 years of experience working in a similar type of role ideally in Aviation.
    • Problem solving ability in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work with all levels within the company.
    • Ability to work under sustained pressure in a most competitive environment.
    • Very good knowledge of internal processes and relationships
    • Motivated, energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
    • Diplomacy and negotiating ability.
    • Ability to identify business issues and barriers.

    Specific qualifications include:

    • Personable / approachable style
    • Disciplined approach to work and must be proactive in implementing positive change
    • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
    • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
    • Organisational and time-management skills.
    • Decision-making skills.
    • ERP/MRP IT system user.
    • Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business discipline.
    • Highly motivated, pro-active and confident person eager to learn and take on responsibility
    • Fluency in another European Language, e.g. German/French will be an advantage.
