    Warehouse Administrator - CLARE

    Warehouse Administrator

    eFlexes are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator for our client located in Ennis, Co Clare.  

    Location: Ennis, Co. Clare

    Type: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with strong potential for permanent role

    Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

    Scope of Role: Inventory Management, Receiving, Storage, Picking, Shipping, and regular cycle counts

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and verify incoming materials, including inventory deliveries from other company sites.
    • Manage receipt of non-inventory kanban materials, packaging, chemicals, and consumables from external vendors. Accurately record transactions using the kanban system and issue consumables to the Ennis production team.
    • Enter receipt information into company ERP and inventory management system (AX2012).
    • Prepare, label, and verify products for shipping to customers. Ensure accuracy of documentation and liaise with internal sales/planning teams to resolve any issues.
    • Coordinate with internal planning team to meet weekly shipment targets and address related issues.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy between AX2012 system records and physical inventory (Kardex).
    • Collaborate with internal sales to resolve receiving, shipping, inventory, or documentation issues affecting customer service in Ireland.
    • Coordinate with freight services for efficient and cost-effective product transportation to/from external customers, internal US, and Asia sites.
    • Communicate import customs clearance instructions to external courier companies via email.
    • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries at the Ennis site as needed.
    • Adhere to company Health and Safety Manual, including proper use of personal protective equipment and immediate reporting of safety concerns to supervisor.
    • Perform other duties within the logistics team’s scope as required.

    Requirements:

    Essential:

    • Strong numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Previous experience managing inventory transactions in an ERP system.
    • Fluency in spoken and written English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Desirable:

    • Experience with international trade shipments.
    • Familiarity with AX2012 ERP system (inventory transfers, lot management, etc.).
    • Working understanding of Intercoms.
